Yes, we ship worldwide! 

The lead time on most orders is 4 business days. Orders are delivered depending on your chosen shipping speed. We also offer a 2 business day Rush Production service which can be selected at checkout.

Please note, this is an estimation, and delays may occur due to high order volume, bad weather, delays outside of Artisaire Studio's control, etc.

International Timelines and Rates are available at checkout. We offer Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Express shipping methods for orders outside of continental North America.

Please note, in the case the package is returned to our studio for reasons outside of Artisaire Studio's control (such as a package being refused or an incorrect address provided in checkout), Artisaire Studio is not responsible for additional fees charged to us, (including any duties and taxes charged upon return delivery), additional shipping fees, replacements, damages, etc.

All items arrive in a branded shipping box, but all products inside the shipping box will be unbranded.


Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 2PM PST.

Orders placed before our cut-off time will start processing same day. Order placed after our cut-off timeline will start processing the next day. The estimated times given at checkout take our cut-off times into account.

For proof approvals: We require an approval by 2PM PST the next business day to stay on the timeline provided at checkout. We will update you of any timeline changes if your approval comes in later.


How do I check my order status?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email with a link to your order status page. From there you can track your order.

You can also log into your account and your order status will populate in your Customer Dashboard.


Tax ID

In order to comply with UPS customs requirements for orders over $800 USD, we will require a Tax ID or SSN number of the receiver to proceed with shipments outside of Canada that are $800 USD or more.

Please note that the Tax ID/SSN, and the phone number must match that of the contact entered for the shipping address.

Please note for non-physical addresses (i.e. freight forwarding addresses): 

We do not recommend shipping to a Freight Forwarding address over $800 USD as we will require the Tax ID of the receiver (i.e. The Freight Forwarding Company) in order to process your order. ARTISAIRE will not be held liable for any additional fees associated with these shipments, such as (but not limited to) warehouse fees, transit fees, and return shipping costs if the package is refused/returned to our studio. 

Upon shipping to these addresses, you are confirming that Artisaire Studio is released from any liabilities, such as additional fees, damages, lost or returned packages. In the case where the package is returned to our studio for reasons outside of Artisaire Studio's responsibility, Artisaire Studio is not responsible for additional fees, replacements, damages, etc. 


Commercial Invoices

As we are located in Canada your commercial invoice for your order will be generated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the equivalent dollar value of your order placed in USD.

The information entered into the shipping address at checkout will be used on the Commercial Invoice as well as any other shipping documents. We are unable to make any changes on these documents as well as any other order invoices as these are official documents.

Please check with your country's guidelines to ensure that all required information is entered in the shipping address. This may include a VAT number, receiver name, phone number, email, etc.


I gave the wrong address, how do I fix this?

If you have ordered using the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make corrections until your order has been shipped.

After your order has been shipped we are unable to re-direct your package, and you will have to place another order.
